J'avais un peu peur en commandant sur internet car j'étais passée proche de l'arnaque sur un autre site internet donc j'ai un peu harcelé l'équipe de Onetile jusqu'à la réception du carrelage mais au final je suis très contente! Les carreaux sont arrivés rapidement (4 semaines pour 3 semaines annoncées donc c'est très correct), les carreaux (de la marque COEM) sont magnifiques, Veronica l'interlocutrice avec qui j'ai échangé a toujours répondu rapidement à mes messages! Bref je recommande! Les carreaux sont partis d'Italie et ils ont bien été réceptionnés dans la région de Bordeaux sans aucune encombre! Nous sommes trop contents!

Aufgrund einer geänderten Bestellung hatten wir zunächst zu viel Vorkasse geleistet, was uns umgehend erstattet wurde. Die Lieferung wurde - wie versprochen- vom Spediteur angekündigt und klappte reibungslos. Alles Top!! Besonders Veronica ist super!

I had a very good experience with Onetile regarding the tiles which we ordered.
The whole process from our order until transport to specified address in Croatia was perfectly and professionaly done, our tiles arrived just on time as it was promissed and the shipment was in perfect condition, with no damage at all.
