Hele fijne ervaring gehad met Stefano! Alles ging erg soepel en de tegels die wij voor onze badkamer en toilet hebben gebruikt van COEM zijn prachtig. Ik ga zeker nog een keer bij hun bestellen.

Wir sind begeistert und würden hier jederzeit wieder Fliesen kaufen! Alles wurde über Whats App abgewickelt – in Deutsch. Die Fliesen sehen super aus und sind qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Wir hatten nur eine zerkratzte dabei. Der Fliesenleger ist auch glücklich, da sich die Fliesen trotz glänzender Oberfläche sehr gut schneiden lassen. Auch hier noch einmal einen großen Dank an Jacopo, der das Wunder vollbracht hat! Er hat es geschafft, die Fliesen eine Woche früher zur Verfügung zu stellen. Das Lager mussten wir zwar etwas suchen, aber das lag eher daran, dass das Navi die Hausnummer an einer anderen Stelle anzeigt. Auch die Abholung hat, obwohl wir kein italienisch sprechen, problemlos funktioniert, da alles bestens vorbereitet war.

I can recommend Onetile for purchasing tiles, esp. Italy-made ones. Prices for exact same tiles are fundamentally different than in Finland for example.

Our delivery got delyed by 1,5 months due to hassle at tile manufacturer's end. That was not Onetile's fault, but I would have hoped for quicker replies and more proactive approach in terms of informing about the status and expected / guestimated new delivery dates.

I ordered from Canada. The palet arrived by boath and was very professionally wrapped and in perfect condition. The tiles were exactly the collection we ordered. Sale service by email with Veronica was excellent. Prices were reasonable. Organization was reliable. I am happy and grateful, and I recommend them.

This was my first time using OneTile and it was a great service from choosing our tiles, to getting quotes and right up to delivery. Our tiles were delivered on a large pallet and packed perfectly so that there was no damage on arrival. Really excellent service from Damon and Kelly. Will definitely use them again.

I waa very happy that Onetile could get matching tiles for my existing floor, even when the model was discontinued. Easy contact via Whatsapp, fast responses and very competitive prices, incl. delivery to the Netherlands. Customer service is great, in our case a small damage during transport was resolved quickly and appropriately. I can recommend Onetile, thanks for everything!
